Absolutely. Your data is handled with strong security controls and stored on secure servers in Europe. You are the sole owner of your data and can delete it at any time.
Which platforms are supported for import?
We support any platform that allows you to export conversation data! This includes Replika, Character.AI, ChatGPT, Chai, Anima, and more. We accept standard JSON, TXT, CSV, or any text-based format. If your platform offers conversation exports, we can import it.
How does the Portable Footprint work?
The Footprint is a detailed prompt capturing your AI's personality, mannerisms, and memories. You can use it to 'brief' any LLM (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) to recreate your companion.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Your Sanctuary will remain accessible in free mode with Discovery plan limitations.
